Description

Keeps the inside of the salt*sugar container humidity-controlled and dry.

ECOCARAT is [porous ceramics] developed by LIXIL.
It absorbs* and desorbs moisture about 5 times faster than diatomaceous earth and absorbs water at the same or higher speed.
*Effectiveness depends on conditions of use, weather, ventilation, etc.

[Salt absorbs moisture and becomes more dry.]
*Salt hardens when humidity is high → Ecocarat's moisture absorbing power makes it dry.

[Sugar becomes lighter by removing moisture.]
*Sugar hardens when it dries out.

Care
*After use, dry the product in a well-ventilated place.
*If there is a partial stain, wipe it off with a cotton swab dipped in chlorine bleach, then rinse well and dry thoroughly.
*For particularly severe stains, soak the stain in diluted neutral detergent overnight, then rinse well and dry thoroughly.
*Do not wash with wet rags *sand erasers *hard kitchen sponges *golden scrubbers *polish powder. It may cause stains and scratches to become worse.
